What it is
Live Transcribe is Google's accessibility transcription tool, originally Android, with web entry points through Chrome accessibility hooks. The open-source speech engine is on GitHub.
Watch out for: Audio routed to Google cloud recognizer; primarily an Android product, web parity is partial.
